Does it hurt?
Honestly — there’s some discomfort, especially on a first visit. Our technique and formula are chosen specifically to minimize it, and most guests describe it as brief and far more manageable than expected. It gets easier with each visit as your hair growth cycle adjusts.
How should I prepare for my first Brazilian wax?
Exfoliate gently the day before, avoid sun exposure or heavy lotion the day of your appointment, and try to avoid caffeine beforehand — it can heighten sensitivity. We’ll walk you through everything else during your consultation.
How long does my hair need to be?
About a quarter-inch — roughly two weeks of growth after shaving, or four weeks if this is your first time waxing. Too short and the wax can’t grip properly; we’re happy to advise at booking.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. This is exactly why we work with multiple imported formulas rather than one — your esthetician selects the blend suited to your skin, and every consultation includes a conversation about sensitivities before we begin.
I'm nervous — is this really my first time?
Most of our guests say that on their first visit. It’s genuinely common, and our estheticians are trained to make first-timers comfortable — you’re welcome to ask questions at any point, and we’ll never rush you.
How often should I book?
Every four to six weeks, in line with your natural hair growth cycle. Guests on our membership plan typically book monthly, which also keeps regrowth finer and more manageable over time.
